High Blood Pressure In Pregnancy

High blood pressure causes problem for both woman and infant. If High BP left unmonitored it may lead where it causes permanent brain injuries to the baby. A mother may have high BP before she gets pregnant after pregnancy. She can be Having gestational hypertension or PIH. 

Gestational hypertension or PIH will be responsible for low birth weight which causes health risks to the child. If BP becomes severe, it leads to preeclampsia which causes injuries or death to both.

Signs and symptoms of Preeclampsia

  •     High blood pressure,
  •     Blurred vision,
  •     Swelling of arms,
  •     High protein levels in the urine.
  •     Headaches,
  •     Abdominal pain,
